White wine made from Muscat of Alexandria (40%), Sémillon (20%), Macabeo (20%), and Riesling (20%). The grapes come from two vineyards, eleven and eight years old, located at around 600 meters above sea level. It is a fresh and fruity wine, with balanced acidity and good structure on the palate.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested manually with a careful selection in the vineyard. A gentle pressing is carried out to extract the highest quality must, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17ºC. The wine then undergoes four months of aging on its lees, adding volume and complexity. Stabilization is mild, and the wine is unfiltered, which may result in natural sediment.
