Merlot and Syrah
Red wine made from the Merlot and Syrah grape varieties. The Merlot vineyard is twenty years old, and the Syrah vineyard is nine years old. The different plots are located between 600 and 700 meters above sea level. It is a wine with great aromatic intensity and an excellent structure on the palate.
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 25ºC. Afterward, the wine was aged for nine months in French oak barrels, which imparts complexity and elegance.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright garnet color with a deep hue.
- Nose: Intense notes of ripe and compote black fruit, with aniseed nuances and subtle roasted aromas from the wood.
- Palate: A fleshy and structured wine. The tannins are present but smooth. The black fruit is very prominent, balanced by an acidity that provides freshness and equilibrium.
